Can we change the future to save our own lives?

What would you do if you could change your future? Possibly even someone else’s? How valuable would it be to you if you could learn techniques to make a slight difference in your decision or action that could end up saving your life, capitalizing on a few seconds to avoid or alter an otherwise painful outcome?

Every day we go through sequences of decisions that determine our future. These multiple decisions create alternate realities, but during this creation of alternate outcomes (realities), we have a split second to choose which path we will take. Once we choose that decision, it becomes our path, redirecting our future. Most of the time these changes in paths are minor but other times it creates a major life-changing shift in our path. A few seconds can determine a different life, whether it be a major success or extreme consequences. When you come to realize the potential you understand that “Time IS everything!”

Let me say this again… Making the right decisions saves time. Anyone will agree with that. We all have challenges in life, but occasionally there are moments that affect us tremendously… physically, mentally, and/or financially for the rest of our lives. Every day people all over the world make choices that help them reach incredible success while others make decisions that result in failure, bad luck, or worse, death.

A man not paying attention crosses the street gets hit by a car. A kid decides to fool around with some friends and tries to show off but sadly makes one terrible move and ends up plummeting to his death off a skyscraper. A kid jumps on his motorbike and speeds down streets filming it all on his head camera, sadly a car pulls out ahead, he doesn’t have time to avoid the deadly disaster that follows. A man has a bad feeling about going to work, so he calls in sick. Hours later he watches on TV as the World Trade Center and his office on one of the floors collapse in front of his eyes. A man’s car runs out of fuel, so he walks a mile to a gas station to buy a tank of gas, while there something inside him tells him to purchase a lotto ticket, so he does. Days later he is a multi-million dollar winner. These are stories that have changed peoples lives forever! Some might say its fate, while others recognize an inner voice that changed their outcome. Did all these people get messages, hear voices? We don’t know for sure, as most of them are no longer here with us. But what if they did, but sadly, didn’t listen?

Throughout our life, there are events on our timeline that if we recognize it, will bring us great success and happiness or warn us of impending doom or danger. I am sure just reading this you can think of a few personal events your self where you got a feeling and listened and times when you didn’t. Yes, regrets suck!

These messages, which can come in the form of visions, feelings, sensations, dreams or sometimes internal or external voices are part of extrasensory perception, E.S.P recognized by what many call, and acknowledge as having a sixth sense! There are other terms as well, but they all fall into the (extra) sense of recognizing (sensory) the message (perception).

Since my childhood I have had numerous occasions where I felt, saw, dreamt or received warnings or opportunities. Many times I listened and a few times I didn’t. While it would take me many pages to share just some of these occurrences, I want you to know that there are times I listened to it and kicking myself that I flat out ignored it. I have shared many of these in my lectures over the past 12 years, on radio shows going back to the 1990s, and on my podcast Spirit Talk from 2006-2017. You could say E.S.P runs in the family, but I could easily argue that is is not normally a hereditary trait, I believe it is a sense of awareness that we all have. An awareness that just needs to be awakened. A perception learned, accepted and recognized for what it is. Extra Sensory Perception, the ability to see, feel and acknowledge information before it occurs into the physical matter or plays out as an event. Many of my friends and family members have had such experiences. While people closest to me over the years became more “aware” of the ability and tapped into it themselves.

There are numerous times in my life where I almost died. Death almost claimed my sister. But, the outcomes were changed. I am here to tell you, the decision can be recognized in advance, but it is in that moment of recognition that we either win or lose. We must pay attention at that moment before it leaves us.

I teach a workshop on the Sixth Sense. This workshop covers a lot of ground and you will learn procedures you can use in your life instantly. You will walk away with a better understanding and awareness of how E.S.P works and a written plan in the class to help you achieve your goals. This plan, and new perspective, along with your burning desire to reach success, will help you accomplish a definite purpose in your life. This purpose brings happiness, fulfillment and a greater understanding of the invisible universal connection that exists all around us.

Here is a true and recent example of how I put to use one of the techniques that drastically changed my life:

Last summer I almost died. Yes, it’s true. I would no longer be here today if I didn’t listen to a recurring vision, a dire message, a warning, I got weeks before the event itself. A similar situation occurred two years prior on vacation. Thankfully, I chose wisely back then, saving my life from being stabbed or shot and saving my moms. It is another reminder to pay attention to present and future visions.

When you read the following story, imagine yourself in my situation. Would you know what to do? Would you have listened? What would you have done? Realize, anyone of us can die or be affected by an event positively or negatively at any moment in our life. Accidents and stories of success occur every single moment of the day. They always will. Are you aware of these signs?

The Drivers Side Crash:

Last summer in-between my filming schedule going back and forth to the UK, there was a two week period I was home in the USA. Getting caught up on my business and running errands before my next trip overseas, something strange was occurring when I was driving around town. I had repeated visions and body sensations of impact to my car. I remember when I would drive my 2006 BMW X-5 that I would get this overwhelming sensation out of nowhere of an Impact from the left-hand side. I would quickly glance around in fear as if it was about to happen. But, I would see nothing around me. The vision would go all black seconds before and all black right after. I remember feeling and hearing the crashing of metal and glass, the crunching and collapsing of the entire left side of my car and then the tremendous impact to the left side of my body, head and shoulders and then the final incredible blunt to my body. After…nothing, just complete darkness. This vision, this sensation occurred 3-4 times over a couple week period and would occur and vanish in seconds. I couldn’t shake it, so I told a couple friends about it over the phone. Just in case.

Maybe it was fear I thought. I was rear-ended in a car accident back in September of 2009. An accident that sadly changed my life and my entire future forever. Yes, I was warned about that one. 10 years before by a psychic, 6 weeks before with a vision and voices and again two weeks before while sitting at the mechanic shop getting an airbag replaced due to a recall. A voice said, “you will be back here in two weeks due to being rear-ended by another car.” Another voice said over a month before, “If you don’t walk out now you will end up in a car accident in the future.” The surprising thing is the day of, and a minute before the actual accident a voice said again in my head (as I made a stupid split second lane change into the right lane instead of staying in the middle lane which it told me to moments before), “you will be texting a friend that you just got in a car accident!” Two minutes later, while waiting at a red light, I was rear-ended with my head snapping back and forth tearing axioms in my left frontal lobe and causing tissue damage to my C1-C7. Due to that accident, I suffer almost daily with neck pain. I should have listened to the signs and made arrangements for what to do in case that feeling came back. Such as pullover OR stay in the middle lane.

So you could see why I take these warnings a bit more seriously now while I drive. I had already been in 4 car accidents in my life (warned about 2 of them beforehand) and there is no way I care to have another one.

Back to the story.

This new vision felt real, and I know that feeling…. so I rehearsed it in my head over and over. I have learned, that usually these messages never state exactly when the event is going to happen. Just that it IS going to happen. It can be months away, weeks away, days away or moments away. So all we can do is prepare, somehow, someway. I find the best way, is to analyze it. So I did. I said to myself, “From the left, from the left. An impact will come from the left.” I reminded myself, in my head the vision. I was driving looking straight ahead, no idea where I was going, no idea where I just was going forward and clearly not paying attention to my left-hand side until impact. In the vision I was not paying attention to the left-hand side, I guess, at least based on the vision. It was a shock, out of the ordinary. So what Can I do? What can I figure out from this vision that was not crystal clear? Why was I not paying attention while going forward?

Well, what I do know is clearly a car is hitting me on the left-hand side, I see all black so either it has something to do with black. But when I pause, I notice this blackness is massive and maybe higher up than a normal car so either it is a truck or semi or some other vehicle that has a large front. It was large and black on the left-hand side and moving with great speed. The left side of my car is completely crushed and I am hit by the vehicle impact as well. Directly in the driver’s side. The door and glass hitting my head and body with great force and then the front of this vehicle hitting my body. If this is hitting me at great speed from the left, then I wondered. When driving how can this happen, where can it happen? I deduced it has to be at a 4-way intersection or when pulling out from… somewhere, where other cars can be traveling at great speeds from the left. Hmmm, what else? As I am being hit, I go completely black… meaning, I am knocked out or worse, I die!? I try to fast forward, nothing! I see myself standing there in the utter darkness looking around. No accident debris, no future images only darkness. Yup, looks like death, it looks like it could be the soul state. But maybe the standing in the blackness means the outcome… that it is not final?! I wasn’t sure at the time, what it exactly meant, but I felt I would either die or be paralyzed – the blackness. Why do I think I would die? Well due to my previous accident in 2009, I am pretty much considered an eggshell patient due to instability. I assume anyone hit from the left side by something large at a great speed could suffer a similar scenario. This vision was serious.

For days I kept reminding myself to pay attention to my left-hand side while driving. At turns, when pulling out, at intersections and even when I have right of way and crossing an intersection, still I need to look to my left. Just in case. No matter how many days went by I could not shake this feeling. The vision would come without warning. Later I would realize that was also a clue.

As more days went by I kind of forgot about it. You know, you have things to do, so out of sight, out of mind.

It didn’t take long, near the end of the 2nd week this event transpired. My god, when it unfolded it all made sense.

It was a Saturday, I had some errands to run and get through as I only had a few weeks before we were to be off filming again for our final block in the UK. I had some dry cleaning to drop off. I drove to the cleaners and dropped off some shirts and pants. Got in my car and pulled out of the parking lot towards the stoplight. The parking lot has a stoplight with three lanes. One for turning right, one middle lane for going straight and the left lane for turning left.

Since I was in the left turning lane and the light was red I waited for the green arrow to give me the right of way. I decided to look down at my cell phone and skim through some Instagram posts. Yes I know, shouldn’t be looking at my phone. After about what seemed like a minute, I looked up and saw that I now had the famous green arrow, “Shit!” I said, not realizing how long it was green I floored it and pulled out of the parking lot looking straight ahead at the light while I was proceeding to make my left hand turn. It was at that moment I felt a force from my left-hand side, I know that feeling, it’s like a wave, a change in the atmosphere. I get this similar feeling when I feel a spirit move into the room. That shift in the electromagnetic field. That magnetic push feeling usually means someone is affecting the field around me, so I have conditioned myself to react to it. Plus, you may remember, I kept repeating to myself the past few weeks, from the left, from the left, pay attention to the left. So acknowledging this force that I was now feeling from the left, I acted, I quickly turned to see what might be causing it and immediately I slammed on my brakes. My car came to a screeching halt. My eyes widen. My mouth dropped and everything switched into what seemed like extreme slow motion. A large black Escalade was heading towards me, but another thought flashed through my head. It wasn’t slowing down. This made no sense, the stoplight has to be red for them, or at least it was a few seconds ago because I now had the green arrow to turn left. Which is directly in its path. I watched in seconds as the large black SUV extended cab picked up speed. The male driver, with dark hair, is leaning forward putting the pedal to the metal, the passenger a blonde woman with long hair is sleeping with her head to the passenger side window unaware of her male driver aggressively blowing off the red light. I watch as this black metallic mass moving at tremendous speed races in front of my path (two car lengths) exactly where I would be if I didn’t slam on my brakes. The angle I would’ve been at making a left turn would have exposed the drivers’ side to impact. But now, in that split second decision to look to the left I wasn’t in that spot. With my car sticking only 1/2 of the way into the intersection I watched the SUV go by, never taking my eyes off it. I turned my head to the right and followed it getting smaller and smaller into the distance. I was numb. I looked back to the lane, no cars, no cars behind me. Another car to my left came to a stop at the light. I then pressed the pedal and proceed along my intended path as I was supposed to.

For two weeks I had this sick and terrifying feeling that overwhelmed my body when I drove – I was going to be in a deadly car accident. I was going to be hit with a heavy impact on the drivers’ side of my car. I saw in my head, the crushing of the door and the glass shattering hitting my face and the force hitting my head and body and then being thrown into complete darkness. And now, this vision just passed before my eyes. It happened and it didn’t happen. I changed the outcome, thanks to the warning. In another reality, the other scenario, I just avoided, played out. It is believed that All points in time are connected. They play out. We sometimes have the ability to choose which path, which scenario we want to be conscious of. Continue down. Thanks to the repetition over and over again in my head, “From the left, from the left!” I was able to choose the more desirable and life-giving one.

If it wasn’t for this feeling and recognizing when it happened at that precise moment. Feeling that change of energy of magnetic force to my left I would not have slammed on my brakes and turned my head while making a left-hand turn. Instead, I would have unknowingly driven right into its path and been struck by a black Escalade easily going over 55 mph.

Heightened intuition saved my life. That feeling, that vision, that sensation, comes down to one thing. “The Sixth Sense SAVED MY LIFE and I am alive to tell you about it!”

This is not the first time I have experienced this awareness and it surely won’t be the last. Situations like this happen to many people, every day all over the world. Some people listen to their instinct. Some people don’t.

I stopped having that vision immediately after that. Meaning the event had passed. But, I have been having another feeling, since last year as well. This vision, this feeling is I will be rear-ended. Again. I can feel and see this impact. I had that feeling again today when I was completing this article. I was in my car. I felt it. So what do I do? I listen and recognize future signs. I ask the universe to warn me in time. So I can make up my own decision to not be in that lane, or to pull over when I feel it is upon me or instead of bracing myself, teach myself to relax and go limp, therefore limiting damage to the body. It’s when we tense up that damage can be much worse. Things tear during tension. I tensed up when I was rear-ended back in 2009. Plus my head was turned to the right when it went backward during the whiplash.

Many of us have had that split second feeling that we listened to. Some of us have ignored that feeling and wound up suffering great consequences, later cursing or wishing out loud… “if only I would have listened” While others recognized no warning and cursed out loud, “Dammit, if only I knew beforehand.” There are also some, no longer here today that may have gotten messages but didn’t listen.

Being in touch with your Sixth Sense can help in many ways. It may not prevent everything, but in most cases, as we know, our decisions, our last second actions do in fact determine our fate.

Night of the Wormhole

I lead an interesting life. Sometimes things surprise me and sometimes strange things don’t.

On November 7, 2014 at approximately 9:35pm I was driving home from dinner when I witnessed an incredible event.

I feel this occurred because of ever-expanding consciousness. Consciousness? Why consciousness? Lets start with earlier that night, as this is important and I feel relevant to what transpired.

Around 6pm that day the dinner started. We had a nice evening at a club house gathering, wonderful food, fine wine and good conversation. During the night I leaned over to my step dad and began chatting with him about a book I started reading called “Millenial Hospitality” by Charles Hall. For the next 45 minutes we delved deeply into the mystery of the military, UFOs, Aliens and cover-ups. The one detail I must point out is I shared with him something I read about Ben Rich, the second director of Lockheeds Skunk Works from 1975-1991. Allegedly he had stated the following after a lecture.

When Ben Rich was asked how can UFOs fly (more properly how is space travel possible?) Ben responded to the man “How does ESP work?” The man guessed…, “all points in space and time are connected!?” Ben quickly responded with “thats how it works!” What is interesting about this is that we are finding out in Quantum Physics and Mechanics that particles are all connected. There seems to be a connection here. UFOs may in fact travel great distances by portals or bending A to B. Creating Doorways and eliminating the great distance we tend to think of in our old way of thought regarding travel.

My step dad was a fighter pilot during the Korean War and flew reconnaissance missions in Albuquerque, New Mexico. During some of his missions he witnessed and chased what we have come to call Foo Fighters. Large balls of light, glowing crafts that moved with incredible speeds. Having encountered these things many years ago and quit aware of the secrecy kept over the past 50+ years he has found it fascinating and wishes that they would just come forth with it. That night we discussed his experiences once again.

As the evening moved on, we were getting a bit tired as we had been there since 6pm. I said my goodbyes, gave my hugs, and headed out to drive home. I left the music off in my car and decided to focus on my life, reminiscing on many past thoughts. I turned into my subdivision and drove down the streets and closer to the turn into my neighborhood. Something caught my attention, you know that intuition that someone is staring at you. I turned slightly to the right and saw this bright light in the sky. My first thought, it’s a plane. But, what an extremely bright plane! The glare gleemed larger and brighter then normal. There were no blinking lights. No colors, just solid white.

It was moving very slowly. It seemed egg shaped, but a little longer cylinder wise. I looked away but then was drawn back to it. I slowed down my car. “huh,” I said out loud, “That doesn’t seem like a plane.” It then began to speed up in a horizontal motion to the left. All of a sudden another light began to appear out of the blackness. Like a pinlight spinning around and getting bigger. It quickly formed into an inverted funnel. I saw whisps of what looked like clouds mixed in with it. A bluish tint to the whirling light. The light had texture and as it spun a hole began to appear in side it like an inverted tornado. Like a whirlpool, yet upside down. I was dumbfounded. This inverted funnel, was manifesting above the object. The light, I would now like to call this light a UFO, because what it did next was in no way a plane. This glowing UFO moving horizontally made a 90 degree arc straight up towards this inverted funnel in the sky. As it slowed down a little bit moving straight up into it, the white light began to illuminate and light up the entrance to the spinning hole. Sparks or lightening began to shoot off around the funnel as if static or the UFO itself was affecting everything around it. As it did this the blue color changed from a light cyan to a dark and slightly bright deep red. The red was NOT coming from the UFO. The UFO was pure white, but as it entered into the hole the light from the UFO illuminated the hole in the funnel and I could now see the actual shape of the UFO and a line around the craft. Like a capline. The UFO was almost cylinder but very short, egg shaped size but had a ring around the top of it like a cap. I could also see that this inverted funnel was a complete form all its own. As it entered into the hole the light of the UFO completely vanished as it was now up into the hole (the funnel) and then the red turned back into a light cyan blue and the hole quickly imploded back from where it came from. It was gone. No lights, trailing…no nothing. Gone as if it never happened.

The dark sky was now back to normal. It was at this point, I realized as I came to a stop and that my mouth was open the whole time in awe. The entire event lasted about 30 seconds if I remember correctly. The hole only appeared and existed for about maybe 15 seconds. This UFO appeared high above a forest in my neighborhood, which ironically is directly across the street from the police station and a water plant for the subdivision. There was no obstruciton of view where I sat in my car, all open field and a straight view to what I saw. (see photo below)

Here is a daytime photo of the exact spot I was at when it occurred but with clouds. I do not believe there were any clouds that night as sky was black.

I then turned down my street, as I was only about 200 yards in a direct line away from my house and said to myself, “Cool I saw a UFO” and for some crazy reason didn’t think anything else about it. I walked into my house, looked at the clock 9:45pm and said “Okay, good to know, doesn’t seem like any missing time.”

I went to bed later and didn’t think about it. This was Friday night. Saturday passed bye.

Sunday morning when I woke up, Friday nights event popped into my head and I was perplexed. “Wait a minute, I saw a UFO friday night. Why am I not more excited about it?” I began thinking about what I saw and then thought. “The blue turning to red. The UFO disappeared.” I went to my computer and did some searches on UFO sightings and UFOs disappearing and quickly realized, I may have seen a portal, a wormhole. Did I see a wormhole? I had no idea. Never seen one before. I had nothing to compare it to until now.

Upon reading on the internet and learning about wormholes and portals, I have to believe I did see a portal. It is the only explanation I can think of. A wormhole as science would call it, opened up and the UFO shot right up into it at a 90 degree angle. Why do I firmly believe it is a wormhole? Well these images I found online are so similar to it, you couldn’t paint a better picture for me unless you changed it to red and then back to the cyan blue. It is almost identical. Here are some images that help illustrate as best I can to what I saw.

What struck me that a wormhole could be a gateway to either somewhere in space, or a dimension, is the following. While listening to one of the Spirit Science videos about dimensions, it stated that dimensions can be accessed at 90 degrees. The UFO flew up 90 degrees into this portal and then…vanished. Coincidence? Maybe not.

What is even crazier is earlier that night I was telling my step dad about how they travel, via Ben Riches statement comparing to ESP. All points are connected. What if connecting those points, is a wormhole or a portal? I feel deeply that I witnessed just that. So how and why did I see this? I cannot answer with 100% certainty, but if we look at the entire evening, my conversation with my step dad, reading the book all week, asking questions in mind and searching for answers. My awareness needed to grow. I was asking the universe for answers. This seeking, created an attraction the universe fulfilled. Many questions can arise from this. Was the UFO aware I was watching it? Did anyone else see the UFO? Did I see the UFO because my consciousness was in a state of expansion and now capable of seeing it? Many more questions, but I just don’t have “all” the answers. We get them in pieces.

Having had paranormal experiences my whole life I have learned many years ago, if there is something I don’t understand, all I have to do is ask the universe and they will either show me or present the answer in some shape or form.

Look into the Flower of Life, which I feel explains this expansion of consciousness, awareness and the ever growing expansion that experience gives us. The more we ask for, the more we bring to us…through experience.

My Best EVPs Vol. 1 1978-2006

Some close friends have suggested I post some of the Best EVPs I have captured over the years.

You could say I have taken it for granted that speaking and traveling the past 10 years everyone knows my work in ITC and the types of EVPs I get. I have found, this is not the case.

Not everyone has seen me speak or attended my ghost hunts.

To satisfy some of the diehards and my fellow investigators, I plan to post, periodically, videos compiling some of the Best EVPs I have ever recorded. I will then move onto DRVPs. Responses captured during spirit box sessions. I am not sure how long it will take to post these, but rest assured you will get the opportunity to hear some amazing communications with spirits.

But first a little brief history:

I recorded my first EVP on a reel to reel player back in 1976 after staying up late night and seeing a special on ghosts and people that were capturing voices of the dead. (My parents sold the Reel to reel player in 1979 in a garage sale).

I recorded my second and third evps around 1977-78. I still have a couple of the recordings.

I had numerous audio tapes of my childhood damaged in 1984 from a numbskull accident that occurred in my bedroom that is quite embarrassing. Let me put it this way, I never should have hid open alcohol from after a high school party underneath my bed next to my childhood box of audio cassettes. Yes, the dumb things we do as teenagers. You guessed it, it spilled all over the cassettes. The tapes were ruined due to the sticky residue when they dried. With I still had these tapes and all the Ouija board sessions recorded on cassette tapes. All gone except one. I recorded just about everything as a kid back then.

In the Early 1990’s I recorded some of my ghost hunting and investigating and have them still on audio tape.

Majority of my data from 2005 to present has been backed up on a Drobo External drive and is in wave format.

I found out the hard way back in 2007 how important it is to properly back up digital data, when one of my TB drives crashed, causing me to lose many years of work…forever! A WB 1 TB drive, broken up into two 500GB drives is not the best way to store anything. For some reason, WB thought it was a smart idea to have information split between the two drives. The problem with that is, if one drive crashes the other drive can’t access the missing information. After sending it to three different diagnostic companies, they had the unfortunate news to tell me, there was nothing they could do. Needless to say I also lost a lot of personal, important photos and precious video footage of my father as well.

I have tons of audio from investigations I did during the TV show Dead Famous and Psychic Kids. Lost all the audio I did during the Manson Murders Episode of Ghost Hunters due to the crashed drive. Never recorded during the Ghost Adventures Live. Which I should have. I have mind blowing EVPs from the episodes of Psychic Kids, that never made it on air. Not to mention the 60+ events I did all over the USA at some of Americas most haunted locations. Queen Mary, Stanley Hotel, Waverly Hills, etc. Some great stuff.

Now I have to be realistic, there is no way in heaven I can get to all of them, probably not even half of them. There is most likely over a thousand hours of audio. Not to mention, the 15+ colleges I investigated each year dating back to 2007.

Some great…amazing…compelling stuff that I am excited to share with you, over time.

This EVP Volume 1 contains some audio from my childhood around 1977-78 and the years I started working on Dead Famous, where I investigated for the first time the Queen Mary in Long Beach, CA

It also includes Excalibur Night Club in Chicago as well as some private investigations at Bachelors Grove Cemetery in Midlothian, IL and Hooters on Wells Street in the city of Chicago, IL.

EVP research has always been my interest and passion.

Prayers for the Dead

Say one of these prayers after if you receive any responses during your spirit box session that say “help…..pray/prayer”……or “purgatory.”

Catholic Prayer for the Dead:

God our Father, Your power brings us to birth,

Your providence guides our lives, and by Your command we return to dust.

Lord, those who die still live in Your presence,

their lives change but do not end.

I pray in hope for my family,

relatives and friends,

and for all the dead known to You alone.

Who died and now lives,

where all our tears are wiped away.

El Maleh Rachamim is the actual Jewish prayer for the dead:

God, filled with mercy, dwelling in the heavens’ heights, bring proper rest beneath the wings of your Shechinah, amid the ranks of the holy and the pure, illuminating like the brilliance of the skies the souls of our beloved and our blameless who went to their eternal place of rest. May You who are the source of mercy shelter them beneath Your wings eternally, and bind their souls among the living, that they may rest in peace.

And let us say:

Amen.

The language used in the prayers for the departed can be very reserved, but will bring peace, rest and freedom from pain and sorrow for certain spirits. Cite the following from the Liturgy of St James:

Remember, O Lord, the God of Spirits and of all Flesh, those whom we have remembered and those whom we have not remembered, men of the true faith, from righteous Abel unto to-day; do thou thyself give them rest there in the land of the living, in thy kingdom, in the delight of Paradise, in the bosom of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, our holy fathers, from whence pain and sorrow and sighing have fled away, where the light of thy countenance visiteth them and always shineth upon them.

Million Dollar Challenge – The Illusion of Proof

Since I wrote this early in the year and posted this Aug 21. 2014 there have been some interesting developments with James Randi and the JREF foundation according to these articles. If in fact they are true, it will be interesting year in 2015 for the JREF and James Randi.

In the past, I have been asked about the James Randi Educational Foundations Million Dollar Challenge.

The Following Questions have been presented to me in some context or another:

Q1: Will I take or Why Won’t I take the Million Dollar Challenge to prove once and for all that paranormal powers exist?

Q2: Why Not Do the Randi Challenge and be done with it?

Q3: Have I heard about the Million Dollar Challenge?

Q4: Do it for charity?

Great questions! Some of the answers can be found within the questions themselves.

I will first answer each question briefly. Then I will go into more detail to support my responses in this post.

Q3: Have I heard about the Million Dollar Challenge?

Of course!

Q4: Do it for charity?

I love how they throw this in there. Lets pull on the emotional strings, the humanity. Well if you read this entire thing you will realize how it is more worth while to just do things for charity that have a greater impact and benefit then taking this challenge. I and others have done a lot for charity. I have assisted in raising over a half million dollars in events from 2008-2013. I donate to Tails Humane Society every single year along with my family, and money I make from my online store. I also donate my time or items to charities all year long as well. I also spend time with those less fortunate, and offer services to the needy. Spending hours with the homeless, while others walk by and ignore them. This I do on my own time, and not for any public publicity or attention. Any person that asks this question, should be questioned what work they do for charity? How much time they spend? This question is another way to try and bait the person into making them feel guilty or prove their point. Very unique cornering technique they use by adding this to the million dollar question. Read on and I address the challenge, which should be the original question and why no one can nor will they be able to win the million dollar challenge.

Ans to Q1: So Chris, Why not take the challenge?

I will not take the challenge because it is just that, a challenge. It is not a scientifically supported study, valid research, nor is it backed by “real science.” I feel that its purpose and intent was originally created for sheer publicity and to go after “ego eccentric” charlatans. Therefore, it exposed the real frauds, but also enticed them. Such as the spider is to the fly, it created a media opportunity. The challenge was not meant for genuine people who have devoted their life, time and money to investigating, collecting and recording Psychical research.

Before anyone can take the Challenge, they have to fill out an application. Has any skeptic or medium actually taken the time to go through the contract application from a legal or business standpoint? Seriously, has anyone even read the contract? 99% of all skeptics out there probably haven’t! I have and it is one of the worst contracts I have seen in a long time. Here sign this! Only a person with low intelligence or lack of business sense would bother to sign this. You should never agree to anything, or accept any challenge where a contract is involved, until you have read what you are agreeing too! (I was a mortgage broker for 13 years, so I have reviewed, read and signed many contracts. While this doesn’t qualify me as an expert, it did teach me to notice the numerous red flags in the JREF Application for Status of Claimant contract.) There is no way I would sign this. Why? I shall explain the #1 red flag later in my post and then you can decide for yourself. It is time people got educated on this. This Million Dollar challenge has nothing to do with legally proving the paranormal whatsoever. Skeptics need to stop thinking anyone who takes the challenge and wins it, will prove anything of importance.

What is a challenge really? A challenge is an objection or query as to the truth of something, often with an implicit demand for proof and can be a contest or competition, especially a duel.

A duel, but isn’t this usually done one on one?

Why not have someone from the foundation come out and ghost hunt with me? Hey, it’s fun! You’ll get away from the office for awhile and you just might learn something. I have had numerous skeptics assist me during my investigations and walk away with a complete understanding and appreciation for what I do. Not only has that happened, but many skeptics have walked away becoming believers or open minded.

A challenge to me is childish and created by people who feel “they” need to prove something. Not me. I spend my hard earned time, as I have for the past 40 years, going about finding more answers, collecting more data and learning more about the unknown invisible world that surrounds us. True paranormal investigators call this research, investigating and collecting data. We are not interested or worried about someone’s challenge who is not involved in legitimate research, or the actual study of life after death themselves. Clearly, they are only looking for publicity and have made a huge name for themselves in doing so. Sorry, I am not going to fall for it or get caught up in the tangled web they weave; which as you will find out “they do deceive.”

I have spent quality time working with engineers, scientists, doctors, parapsychologists and fellow researchers. We have collected data, learned from new techniques and devices, and utilized our efforts towards the advancements of communication. We have discovered that not only is there an afterlife and from what we have learned the soul is eternal, but that we can and do communicate with the consciousness of those who have departed through various means. Finding out who we truly are in this life and in the afterlife, is what is important to me. A challenge does NOT accomplish that. Why waste my time? To further advance in this field one needs to be open minded, not close minded or distracted by those who are.

So onto the next part of the question that skeptics want me to believe (as well as everyone else).

Ans to Q1 part 2: …To prove once and for all that paranormal powers exist?

Let’s break this down shall we? Clearly skeptics don’t understand the paranormal. According to skeptics, paranormal powers don’t exist. True, they are not powers. There is nothing superhuman or paranormal about them. This statement comes from individuals who have no understanding of what ESP or spirits/ghosts are. The term Paranormal, is defined as experiences that can not readily be explained by the range of normal experiences or scientific explanations. Simply put “modern science” cannot understand nor explain it yet! So that does not mean that it doesn’t happen or that it doesn’t exist by any means. Science knows this, yet skeptics will argue this. Quantum Physics is getting pretty close to explaining some of this, and some scientists may already believe it does.

ESP and mediumship is misunderstood not only by skeptics and some forms of science, but also by many psychics themselves. The ego has nothing to do with any type of intuition or psychic abilities. This is why they attack people’s ego. Prove you have these powers! They are not powers, not anything special over any one else. We all have access to these abilities. So if everyone has the capabilities, then they are not powers. Especially over anyone else.

Simply put, our human consciousness has more abilities and senses then we could ever imagine, but not our EGO. This has nothing to do with the brain. These abilities are recognized outside of the body. It is what our soul, spirit is capable of “accessing.”Let’s take a look at the many OBE and NDE cases for example. People have left their bodies and returned with remarkable details that they had no way of knowing previously. When your soul and spirit is no longer limited to a physical vessel that restricts and limits your true energy, you can do wondrous things. It has nothing to do with the brain; the brain is only a muscle – a computer storing our mind and personality. The mind originates from somewhere else. A computer is only designed to hold so much data, a car can only drive so fast, but with intelligence that thinks on its own, a personality that is endless when it comes to energy, the soul can do so much more when it is aware that it can. When it is “free” from the body, in a realm, another dimension – it has no boundaries. All thoughts are known to all forms of energies in this state (mind reading, thought transference, thought projection). We get clues of this in our 3rd dimension. You think of someone and all of a sudden they call you. You feel something and turn around and notice that someone is staring at you. Someone yawns and then you yawn. What is it that sends these signals? What gives us information that travels outside of the brain and through the EMF field? It is that our consciousness is NOT limited to the brain or body. That is why prayer is very powerful. We can and do send messages to other planes and reach other people.

When we die, our body dies but we do not. Our personality and our mind live on.

You may ask, okay prove this. Fine, spend years studying Near Death Experiences, Out of Body Experiences, and have a couple of your own. The research, studies are there. Also, pick up the book at the end of this post. It too is also crammed with amazing studies discussing consciousness and the existence of our personality after death.

The law of conservation of energy states, “Energy can be neither created nor destroyed, but can change form”. For instance, chemical energy can be converted to kinetic energy in the explosion of a stick of dynamite.

When our physical body dies, that which carries our mind and personality changes form. We have a physical body and we have a celestial body.

Even religion states in scripture: 1 Corinthians 15:40-50

40 There are celestial bodies and there are terrestrial bodies; but the glory of the celestial is one, and the glory of the terrestrial is another.

Those that have certain enhanced abilities, such as ESP or mediumship are only using that which we all have in the spirit world (celestial body). That which we all use in our true consciousness energy form. It is in our awareness that allows us to access and use it while still in “this” body. That explains why some can access it and some can’t. Build your awareness and your understanding of it, and you can access it. How can you use something if you don’t know about it? So why do some have better success then others? Good question. Namely it is because they believe. Therefore, their awareness creates access to other realities that the mind creates and can access. We perceive what we believe.

We have a physical body (terrestrial) housing our celestial body (soul-spirit), when the physical body is done, the celestial body moves on – It does not end. No matter what you believe, you will experience this whether you want to or not. Where you go with your celestial body is based on what you believe, what your spiritual awareness is.

I believe there is an energy that connects us all, and this incredible energy, spiritually has been called the “holy spirit” in scripture. With it all things are possible. I don’t feel EPS or Psychic abilities come from any person. I feel it is part of a vast web of information that is all around us. This “spirit” that is holy, because it represents true with the right intention and awareness, delivers the information as it sees fit, and as needed to those whose purpose is to help and or guide. It is this form that I feel information such as ESP, Mediumship and premonitions, etc. come from.

So there are not “powers” as some skeptics are led to believe, that people have. It is all natural, apart of nature, but not fully understood or accepted by the human mind or science. So some may call it, supernatural. Not naturally understood by science at this time.

Don’t get me wrong, please understand that I am well aware of the deception that is out there as well as the frauds and ego maniacs wanting attention or preying on the foolish and needy. Claiming they have powers. Wanting you to believe they are special, or have “powers” over you and others. They surely just want to be worshipped or attention brought to themselves. Yes, shame on them. They do need to be exposed, but in the hunt it is foolish to kill everything, especially those from whom we can truly learn from. Look at the pioneers, the leaders who have paved the way using science and parapsychology to investigate, research and document the mind, consciousness and the afterlife studies, you will learn more from them than any attention seeker.

Moving on, Who is James Randi?

Since when does James Randi, who calls himself “an illusionist”, assume his foundation or that he himself is the authority on the paranormal, supernatural or anything regarding life after death? He doesn’t believe in any of it. So what is his intent? What drives him to investigate?

Once again, under what authority of “science” does James Randi have?

Randi states, “Yes, indeed, I’m a trickster, I’m a cheat, I’m a charlatan, that’s what I do for a living. Everything I’ve done here was by trickery.”

“I am a conjurer…someone who pretends to be a real magician…..make assumptions….you will make assumptions…to fool you, to deceive you..don’t you ever forget that….I am an actor…I play the part of a magician…” (Of course this is not the whole lecture. He is speaking about deception out in the world, but have a good listen to it. He does a great job talking and playing the illusion that because he took the bottle of pills and they didn’t do what they said they would do, that everything else out there is not what it says it is. He is doing an act while speaking- creating an illusion that one example makes you believe in everything he says is true. Great trick in grabbing the audiences attention. But that is what illusionist and magicians do. Bravo!)

James Randi states, time and time again, in interviews that he is a trickster, a magician and an illusionist. Remember that. He seems to be very proud of that. At least he is being honest.

Remember Houdini and his investigation into the Spiritualist movement? I suggest you read up on that. I respect Houdini a ton and I got to investigate him years ago on a TV show I did. I even met Dorothy Dietrich and got to attended the annual Houdini séance with her on Halloween. She is a wonderful lady.

Its obvious JREF borrowed the concept of the challenge from Houdini. Here is an interesting article regarding Houdini that exposed mediums and the reality of his message to his wife after his death. I cannot validate this article, but it is compelling enough to make one think and question the truth that skeptics use regarding Houdini NOT returning from the grave. If anyone has done further research on why Houdini went after the mediums of the early 1900′s, please post those articles here on this blog. I would like to read more.

So why promote the Million Dollar Challenge? One huge reason might be “for attention.” It is great marketing and great media attention to attack others. Sadly, this alone can bring attention to yourself or what you are attempting or wanting people to believe you stand for.

I was an art director and creative director back in 1991-1996 for Pioneer Press newspapers, the #1 direct mail marketing company in the nation at that time, Advo, Inc. There was a theory called “top of mind awareness “ that was used in sales meetings to clients. Based on this theory, a person needs to see something three times before they remember it. The more they see it, the more they attach it to the company or product.

When you think of the James Randi Foundation what do you think of? It shouldn’t take you long to answer that one. If you answered James Randi, ask yourself again, why? There are a million answers to that one. I must add, he is brilliant. He really is. He is making interest and has captured everyone’s attention over the years as well.

Besides all the legal jargon, that clearly rules everything in the JREF favor and not the applicant. I am going to show you something in the application, which no other medium or paranormal investigator has taken the time to explain in public. This is mainly because they haven’t taken the time to read it. It clearly states that the challenge, proves nothing about the supernatural or the paranormal. Yup, that’s right, even skeptics have been duped on this one. Why? Because James Randi is an illusionist and frankly, some so called “skeptics” haven’t investigated the application one bit and are just speaking out of hearsay (sheep-lemmings) before even researching the application themselves. Isn’t this what skeptics yell and taut at mediums and paranormal investors for, asking them to PROVE THEIR CLAIMS? I will show how the statement, “To prove once and for all that paranormal powers exist?”, is NOT validated by taking or winning the JREF challenge and not worth even one dollar of anyones time. Remember, James Randi first and foremost is a trickster and an illusionist. These are his own words. You can’t blame him; he has been honest all along. I stand up and salute him, for his honesty. He is one smart cookie and has tricked even his own followers.

Remember people, put your emotions and egos aside for once, and actually research and read what some of these people are challenging you with.

Nobody jumps into a fight, unless they know why or who they are fighting? Be smart. We will get to the red flag in the application in a bit.

Ans to Q2: Why Not Do the Randi Challenge and be done with it?

Be done with what? I have been interested, involved, researching and having paranormal experiences for my entire life. I continue too. Why would I take a challenge from someone who is not respected in the “real” science community? He is a trickster and an illusionist. He has no authority in or over the paranormal or supernatural field. It is not a belief for me; it is my reality, my awareness of what exists. It is no different than looking up and seeing that the stars exist or existed in the sky, some still there and some no longer, burned out many moons ago. However, we can still see them. They have existed in the past and the present, such as the existence of a ghost, a soul and an afterlife. You can see stars but you cannot prove whether they exist or not, because some of them no longer do, yet they are still there.

This question is better asked to those that have decided to jump on the bandwagon and have no background or experience in the paranormal. They should be done with it. Not one such as myself and countless others whose awareness goes beyond the physical, mental and monetary reasons poorly represented or displayed by others.

This question is nothing more than “baiting” to deliberately annoy or taunt (someone).

Now remember these question’s and answers – I am going into greater detail now.

Let’s back up and start from the beginning.

A Skeptic has every right to ask these questions, to seek proof. Want proof. A skeptic has every right to ask those who hold a different belief system, make claims or “attract attention” publicly, similar to what Houdini went through when it effected their belief system or ideals. So I respect Skepticism, I respect the “wanting to know” or “Prove” something that is being stated or told to other people.

We all want to find the truth. But, I have met some skeptics who have clearly stated they don’t care about the truth, they only enjoy the drama and rattling peoples cages. Sad.

Even though I have never met well known Skeptic Benjamin Radford, I have read some of his reports and investigations. I do find a couple to be a bit slanted and opinionated. Such as his investigation into Annie Hall. He does state regarding some of his investigations and I agree to a certain aspect, “there seemed to be precious little actual investigation; instead, most of the accounts seemed merely copied from other, older sources. There were plenty of theories and bald assertions, but no real scientific investigation, no one doing a reality check on the stories. And there was a disconnect between what I was reading and my experiences.”

Yet, while there may be some controversy surrounding some of his own investigating and beliefs, with these same statements, we can forgive him, for he even states himself –

“Can’t do better until I know better!”― Benjamin Radford

His most warranted remark, has to be “the burden of proof is on the person making the claim”. I find this to be well said and true. Truly. We can easily fall into, what I say goes or what I present is fact of evidence. With that, I understand his point of view towards skepticism. I understand the need to know and the need to support our own claims. I admire that and I agree that claims of evidence should be supported, if they can be documented. The problem is not all claims can be supported. Sometimes one piece of evidence is NOT enough. Experiences are hard to document unless they are caught on tape or audio. But even then, in today’s age of computers and graphics, how does one know for sure? We live in frustrating times where we are advancing beyond reality itself.

I can’t prove my ghost encounters or haunted experiences in the past with scientific evidence as we can’t go back in time and test it. All that remains are those people around me or who knew me way back when that either experienced the paranormal with me, or remember me telling them about it in school, or around the neighborhood. There is only testimony based on firsthand accounts or secondhand accounts. I do have recordings of some of my experiences including myself talking about spirits at the age of nine. The house that I grew up in was haunted. Other than that, there is no way to scientifically test my claims from my childhood. Their is only experience and witnesses, and some old audio recordings.

So how do skeptics want us to prove it? Usually, by using the Scientific Method. The scientific method is a body of techniques for investigating phenomena, acquiring new knowledge, or correcting and integrating previous knowledge.[1] To be termed scientific, a method of inquiry must be based on empirical and measurable evidence subject to specific principles of reasoning.[2] The Oxford English Dictionary defines the scientific method as “a method or procedure that has characterized natural science since the 17th century, consisting in systematic observation, measurement, and experiment, and the formulation, testing, and modification of hypotheses.”

How can we test ones experiences, encounters in the past with the scientific method? Experiences don’t usually replicate. Well, we can’t. Does that mean they didn’t happen? No, of course not. Isn’t science itself a theory? If something can’t be proven with the scientific method, it does not mean that it can or can’t exist. Science is only measuring things with what they have to measure it with. If you don’t understand something, or are not there, how can you measure it? Plus isn’t science itself based on theory? replaced years later with new science new theories? What if science itself is flawed, as we don’t know everything? Science is now beginning to pose the theory that our entire universe is a hologram. Not real? Think about that one.

I am clearly not a scientist nor engineer, there are those that can explain the scientific method and its use better then I. The problem in our field, as well as any other field or occupation, is many people speak out about their experiences and present evidence with nothing to back it up. I have seen this a lot in the paranormal field and with some that have appeared on TV for certain paranormal shows. They have stated false claims about their background and how many years they have been either psychic or investigating the paranormal. They make false claims to make themselves look “educated and experienced” in the field, when they are really just acting the part. Creating the impression of experience. If one was to actually take the time to investigate their claims they would find no record of them even investigating prior to TV, nor having notable experiences dealing with ghosts or the paranormal. I can see why some skeptics and investigators get pissed off about paranormal reality TV. I do as well. In any field, some people try very hard to make a name for themselves and they should be held accountable for any false statements or claims they use to try and get there if they are lying.

I challenge anyone to look into my past, starting in grade school. My claims of ghosts, spirits and other encounters started at a young age and people I grew up with know some of my experiences very well. I also have some recordings (that survived our basement flood in the late 70′s and in 1990), from my childhood doing the Ouija board, talking about the ghosts and playing evps. Yes recording’s from 1978-1981.

You see I have lived a life of the paranormal since my first childhood memories. This is something that CAN be validated by family, friends, and people that grew up with me. Many of these individuals have had first hand experiences with me as well.

The Million Dollar Questions always puts a smile on my face and with good reason. While others may avoid the question, I love to answer it because I feel the challenge set forth by the JREF foundation has a purpose that is both positive and negative to skeptics but also positive and negative to believers as well.

What do people really know about the Challenge itself and James Randi himself?

Would you take the Million Dollar Challenge? I have found it interesting how some skeptics still hold on to the belief that the Million Dollar Challenge is credible to Science in proving that the paranormal does or doesn’t exist. We must understand that the JREF Million Dollar challenge has been created and set up in a way, not by real scientists, but by magicians and illusionists. It was originally created to go after those committing fraud at various levels of quackery and mediumship that was diverting attention away from Magicians at the time.

I find it entertaining that many believe anyone that passes this challenge (Challenge meaning – It is not a test in scientific terms or as far as I know supported by any scientific study or a university) proves that the paranormal exists. The statement it proves or doesn’t prove from just a challenge is the farthest from the truth. This challenge is not accepted by the scientific community. They have their own sets of protocol and study. Many well known scientists and physicists have “in fact” done studies on various forms of psychic and paranormal phenomena with what they consider positive and validating results. James Randi is a magician, an illusionist and a great one at that. Not a scientist. He deserves an award for putting on the biggest illusion (marketing scheme) ever.

Let’s take a look at the actual application itself – Wait until you see this!

There are things being spoken about publicly, but when you get to the fine print it says otherwise. Please take note of the statement, “take the million dollar challenge and prove to the world that you are a medium or that the supernatural or paranormal exists.” Well as we know, statements like that go around a lot in the skeptical community. Do they realize that the application and the challenge will NOT prove that, nor prove anything to the world? No matter who says it? You would only be one million dollars richer is someone won. “So do it for charity!” That is another statement spoken out of their mouths as well. I would rather turn water into wine and clone bread then attempt a challenge that I believe is set up so that no one can ever win it. In addition, the very statements being spoken are in fact, an illusion and trickery.

James Randi is actually tricking everyone.

It is this very statement that caught my eye and drew a huge, giant red flag. Are you ready….here it is!!!!

“If the Prize is awarded, this would not mean that the JREF acknowledges the existence of the supernatural. However, the JREF will publicly acknowledge that the Claimant has met the Challenge”.

So let me get this straight, even if someone were to win the challenge, meaning the challenges set up by the JREF foundation (remember not scientific experiments or study by a major university) it would in no shape or form prove or acknowledge that the person did anything paranormal. It would not prove that ghosts or spirits exist? It would prove none of that? It would only mean that the JREF foundation acknowledges that the person met the challenges? Whatttttt?! You mean all the skeptics that shoot their mouths off that winning the challenge will prove the paranormal, prove ESP, prove mediumship, prove ghosts exist, actually proves…nothing!? It will only prove that the person won the challenge?

No changing the world people, no breaking out of a paradigm. NO atheists converting that there is a god, and surely no skeptics finally believing ghosts exist, or there is an afterlife.

We have all been fooled in thinking that if someone won this challenge, they would prove….the paranormal? NO!!! Just they only won… the challenge LMFAO!!!!!

Man oh man, skeptics have been tricked by the trickster himself. Brilliant. Yes, he and others say that if you take the Challenge you can prove the paranormal or whatever you are touting. Wrong! READ THE APPLICATION PEOPLE – WINNING THE CHALLENGE PROVES NOT WHAT YOU THINK.

If someone actually won, would they change the world and their beliefs? No, I don’t believe so at all. Would it change Science and their stance on the paranormal? NO, clearly not. Would it make all skeptics now believers? No, not at all. It may make some question how the person met the challenge and maybe even debate that the challenge, “must have been rigged or the winner must have cheated”, that would be more plausible.

The point I am trying to make is when any skeptic states, “Prove it by taking the Million Dollar Challenge”, it is just a bait and switch; even they don’t realize it. Skeptics you have been tricked, thank you very much.

Wait didn’t I say all of this before? Yes I did, just wanted to make sure you were listening.

If by an act of god someone did win, it would only prove they won the challenge, but in no way, shape, or form that ghosts, spirits, mediumship or whatever the person believes in is now “legally” accepted as fact solely because they won a million dollars. The JREF would be short one million dollars, sure, one lucky person would be a million dollars richer, and the paranormal supernatural field would continue to receive the criticism and non-belief stigma that it has been receiving for thousands of years. Probably even more mud slinging would occur.

Keep in mind, the JREF knows this and has protected themselves extremely well with deception, trickery and illusion on the public and even in the skeptic community.

The application is riddled with statements that throw everything in the JREF favor and not the claimant. No one will ever win nor be able to win the Million Dollar Challenge, doesn’t take a medium to figure that out. The application and tests were designed so no one could win. It is all a marketing scheme.

So why hasn’t anyone won the JREF Million Dollar Challenge? or should not bother attempting it?

The JREF Million Dollar Challenge is not by any means a fair, serious, nor legit scientific study into the existence of the paranormal or the supernatural. It is only a challenge, that clearly states, “the JREF will not acknowledge (Prove) the existence of the supernatural,” as so many skeptics claim it will.

We now know that if anyone was to win it, that it would prove nothing scientifically; only that the person won the challenge. It would change nothing regarding anyone’s beliefs. The challenge is not based on, nor supported by any real science. Plus, based on history, most people won’t even believe someone won it and would probably accuse the winner of either fraud or the JREF of fraud for allowing someone to win. Yes, people are that skeptical no matter what you or I prove, it’s one of the flaws of human nature. It is just a challenge; skeptics and believers alike will still exist, debate and argue no matter what, even if someone won.

The Challenge is a marketing tool, used by the Foundation, James Randi, and many skeptics to entice, taunt or in some well warranted cases expose the true charlatans in any field or genre who are making claims they cannot support. This is because technically, just as Randi knows, some people are faking it or making the shit up. I applaud him for tackling such frauds and freeloaders. However, when it comes to honest, legit research and pursuing a greater understanding of psychical research, whether it be Near Death Experiences, Afterlife Communication, ESP or the existence of a soul, the JREF Million Dollar Challenge cannot, will not, nor ever prove the existence of any of these things because that is not what the challenge was designed to do. Ask any true scientist who has researched and put the time and effort into these studies and read the “real” online application yourself.

To this I say, James Randi I may never get the chance to meet you in person, but if I do, I want to shake your hand and say “I forgive you already. It doesn’t matter what you believe, for the afterlife exists with or without you. I look forward to the day you transition and your awareness explodes with wonder and love as you realize your soul is eternal, and that there is in fact an afterlife. Even though you may have missed out on the knowledge and expression of these wonders in your life, it will embrace you with care and wonder and show you the way to endless possibilities of who you “truly” are.”

You pulled an amazing illusion over your fans.

As for the close-minded skeptics who still want to beat down the doors and claim that there is no existing evidence for an afterlife, do or die. Why not take the One Million Dollars Afterlife Challenge being offered by a lawyer? Now is your chance to prove there is (in your opinion) no afterlife.

So that is why I feel the Million Dollar Challenge is not what it says it is, and also not worth my time. Nor anyone else’s. No one can win it based on the legal way it is set up. Not even Jesus Christ himself could win it. The JREF would’t allow it.

Imps, Devils, Demons Infestation of the Home.

Back in the mid 1970’s while growing up in Hoffman Estates, IL I lived in a house that was haunted by Ghosts and shadow people. Besides the standard normal hauntings, there was a period of time that I was also terrorized and attacked by little demons. They would peer out of the walls, walk out of, into, or fly out of (as a black mass) closets and dark corners of the house.

Where they came from or why, I still to this day have no idea. Years of Ouija board use? …maybe.

I became so terrified as a child that I slept with the lights on, slept with my back to the wall each night, and had by me a glow in the dark plastic toy sword my mom got me to help me feel safe at night. I even ended up placing a last rites cross, with candles and Holy Water beside my bed each night. Not sure why I used a last rites cross, probably not the best idea. As a child I had no idea what it was really used for and always felt having the cross on display would be like having Jesus besides me while I slept.

While this is an extremely long story of events and encounters, I have decided to post some of these drawings to better illustrate what I saw. The drawings at the end are encounters when they, Imps and what I assume was a Lord Demon, returned and appeared during 2009-2011 after 35 years.

Last encounter was with an Imp (same as the full body creature in the closet) just over a month ago (December 2013).

Please note I am a Catholic and a very spiritual person. I have also seen many heavenly angels throughout my life, which is a whole story on its own. I am only discussing these creatures right in this posting to bring to attention that these things exist and more people need to be aware. There has been angel and demon interaction that I have witnessed as well, such as a battle that occurred when the lord demon appeared.

I discuss both Angels and Demons in many of my lectures and those of you who have seen me speak may remember these encounters. Some I have spoken of publicly in the past. Do not under any circumstance try to contact or investigate these creatures. They can spread like a virus. I would rather have people pray to God, put your faith in Jesus Christ and pray for protection for yourself and loved ones. Angels do watch over us and go to battle each and every day for our souls and spirits over the dark forces that reside on our planet. I would never have realized to what levels this occurs if not for the things I have seen and witnessed. Whether you are of faith or not, I hope you realize that there are forces we do not understand. Both Good and bad. Regardless of your beliefs I hope you one day you put your faith in the good over the bad.

I was cleaning out some boxes and found this old article the Chicago Sun-Times did on me when I was publishing my magazine, Unknown Magazine back in 1997-2001.

Funny how they focused on the UFO topic in the article. The magazine actually developed from a conversation during a mortgage meeting for a company I worked for at the time. Everyone started telling ghost experiences they had.

As you may or may not know I live in a haunted house, a house that, well, it is new, so the old saying “If it is an old house it must be haunted” does not apply here. People have often asked me, “Is it because you are sensitive?” “Do they follow you?” The answer is, I really don’t know for sure. Some encounters in my house have been from ghosts following me from my previous home, back in Jan 2009, and some have somehow, someway followed me home from certain haunted locations I visit -Stanley Hotel back in 2008 was one case of a energy draining type of spirit.

Regardless, I am well aware of at least 4 ghosts that reside in my house and a, well I am not sure what to call it, lets just say “An evil Spirit”. A black mass that is occasionally seen, not only be me and my cats, but visitors and friends that come over. This is the same entity that threw a glass vitamin jar at me months ago from a cabinet. A bottle of echinacea anyone?

Early this morning, while I tossed and turned realizing I only had a couple hours left to sleep, the sun was already up and gleefully forcing its way through my blinds and curtains, the clock was patiently displaying 7:15am and someone in the house decided now was a good time to breath a loud moaning sigh. ‘MOaaaaauuuhhhhhhhhhh!” I looked up, glanced at the clock, stared at my cat on the floor and realized, well that’s the first. IT came from the hallway what seemed like the loft area. Same location were years ago the doors used to open by themselves frequently. This is the first time I have heard a Male spirit in my house speak out. Except for the shriek back in 2010, yeah that was a wonderful and freaking insane experience two years ago. Luckily I have the first one (Which was caught on EVP) on record and in my files. The DVP I heard is identical to that.

This phenomena, called “Direct Voice Phenomena” is similar to EVP except you hear it live, without a recorder and without playback. You hear it with your own ears as it happens. A disembodied voice, loud enough to wonder, and for some throw into a huge panic and anxiety attack “Who the hell is in my house?” In my case, I was thinking more of a, for only a brief moment mind you, “”Hmmm, must be the male ghost. I wonder why he let out a sigh? Oh, well back to sleep”.

It seems DVPS are becoming more frequent. It was only 4-5 days ago I heard the little girl, yes there is a little girl ghost in my house, (I have no idea why) we have captured (I and other investigators) her voice numerous times, speak out again. This time when I heard her voice, both cats who were sitting on my desk in the office with me, heard it also and sat up looking into the hallway of my kitchen and foyer. So if they heard it, I heard it, well you can figure that one out. No more then a minute later you hear a loud thump upstairs (No one is in my home except me and two fuzzy critters sitting next to me- blood pumping yet?) and then we hear what sounds like a dragging sound and it stops, then a dragging sound again and it stops. Now if I was in a horror movie I would begin to think that a body was just thrown on the floor and dragged across the carpet and then dragged again, that or some large male spirit has huge feet and a horrible dragging problem. Did it freak me out you ask? No, not really. I hear and see things all the time in my life, having them in my house is no different then staying at a haunted location or haunted hotel. I pretty much am familiar with the ghosts in the house. Two males, one female and one little girl.

What the hell they do sometimes and why they yell out in my house and for what reason, I don’t know but as I have written about in the past, the doorbell thing happened again today as well. After the Male voice. At 8:45am I heard a doorbell sound, similar to the house I grew up in, and this time I responded with “Okay I got the point” I got out of bed went downstairs and placed all the boxes from ghost outlet that were shipping that day out on the porch. It seems they were telling me, “Get up and start your day, post man is coming and you need to get those boxes out there you lazy bum”. He sometimes comes between 9-9:30am. You see if I dont make it to the door in time, he races off and jumps in his truck and drives off. They were just trying to save me the frustration of missing pick up and then having me have to go directly to the post office, therefore putting my entire schedule off kilter.

Working and staying up til 3-4 am is not fun, and the reason for sleeping in trying to get the 7-8 hours necessary for a healthy lifestyle is. I have to wonder who runs the house the ghosts or I?

It’s nice to know that the ghosts can speak, even though what they say can’t in most cases be understood. To some it may be a nuisance but to me, well you might say it is beginning to feel like home.

I am keeping the Handheld vac handy incase the black mass shows up again. It is time to clean house.
